In this hands-on workshop, participants got to build their own circuit to wirelessly light an LED. Participants learn about inductive power and the applications of wirelessly transmitting power. By the end of the workshop, participants have a AA battery powered transmitter and a coiled receiver with the LED and can light the LED by turning on the transmitter and having the receiver be in the same plane and reasonable distance from the transmitter.
